A climate social speculation of work
How will we work in 2030?
The omnipresent climate activism leads to a change in values modifying existing work practices and lifestyles. As a consequence, employers have to deal with new value sets and working practices. Based on the Climate Youth, the project «Arbeitsklima» deals with the future of work from a climate social perspective. At the intersection of digitalisation, climate crisis and post-corona, the understanding of work is merging into new contexts. The result is a trend report on future employees and employers with a climate social value system. Strategies, speculations and reflections open up new perspectives for jointly shaping the future of work in the Circular Society.
