SeeYou — Understanding and Perceiving in an Accelerated World

In order to be resilient in an accelerated world with a high degree of individualisation, it is more and more important to understand inner- and outer influences on the person, and to accurately assess one’s own resources. How can personal resilience be strengthened? What tools can be developed to support the building of resilience?

The world of life and work in western industrialized countries is paradoxical. New technologies promise to reduce our workload. Employers promote flexible working to us. We can freely choose between an infinite number of possibilities. And yet, or precisely because of this, many people feel stressed and exhausted. This tendency towards ever more, ever faster, ever more flexible, and ever further is not always a positive ideology.

CU supports the user in a playful-explorative way to recognize personal resources and strains and thus strengthen his or her sense of coherence. Through sensor-based interactions, personal daily experiences are recorded, which allows them to be perceived more consciously. CU strengthens self-efficacy, an increasingly important ability for resilience in our accelerated world.
